How are kids’ teeth different ???
Baby teeth (milk teeth) begin to erupt during the first 6 months of life. By the age of 6 or 7 years, they begin to lose their set of milk teeth. These are replaced with the second set of teeth that is permanent teeth.
Are milk teeth as important as permanent teeth ???
Though milk teeth do not stay in the mouth forever, they form the basis of the eruption of permanent teeth in the mouth. So, taking care of milk teeth is as important as taking care of permanent teeth. Children can face possible dental decay and gum diseases if proper oral care is not carried out and may face pain or complications for a long period. This may also lead to losing a permanent tooth/teeth.
